Increase interest in training programs with the best career prospects

The focus is now on the single site in Leribe where young people, particularly young girls and women, are undergoing vocational training. The goal is for girls and women to diversify further into traditionally male-dominated professions, as these offer better prospects, particularly financial ones. Since many of them are apprehensive about co-ed classes, training programs, particularly in construction, will be offered to groups composed exclusively of girls and women, in the hope of significantly increasing their interest in these types of professions.
