Year after year, the proportion of girls and women participating in various programs is increasing. While it has clearly surpassed gender parity in certain sectors such as agriculture, it has also achieved parity in startup participation (4 new startups in 2025) and is nearly there in short-term vocational training. Efforts to encourage young girls and women to pursue a career path are therefore beginning to bear fruit.
